Warranty Defect and Return Issues
As a national distributor for a number of manufacturers we often get call from customers who purchased a product from a third party store or distributor and now has a warranty/quality issue with the product. Many times the place/company it was purchased from does not care to help or pushes the customer back to the manufacturer. We feel very strongly that customer service is critical to our success and we will help customers regardless of whether they purchased from us.
